I was recently in Accra, Ghana with Director Martin Cooper to film for his new documentary with Ghanaian photographer Nii Obodai Provencal.

It has to have been one of my favorite filming trips ever, thanks in large part to the inspiring, generous, funny and talented Mr Provencal.
The food was pretty spectacular, everyone we met was lovely (Shout out especially to Francis, Kojo Rasta ,Tjasa & Rania), Accra itself was very interesting if a lot more expensive than expected.
Oh and it was HOT, 30 degrees plus and 90% humidity most days, a welcome break from the miserable grey here in the UK at this time of year.
