The ebook is obviously the cheapest of the three options for purchasing the book. Less than a pint of beer most places!

Beautiful full colour interior printing.
The paperback edition is currently only available from Amazon.
This is because the only other viable print on demand supplier for self published books is Ingram Spark and they do not offer colour interior printing.
Also due to Amazon’s geographical restrictions the paperback is NOT available in Australia or Japan.

The hardback version is a limited release of only 30 copies.
It is printed on heavier weight (130gsm) paper and contains exactly the same content as the paperback version with higher quality printing in a more premium binding.
