May Week Alternative – Film for Trinity College Cambridge

“May Week Alternative” set out to change the way people thought about charity and over a quarter of a million pounds raised (and counting) later, it seems they have succeeded!

I’ve done a fair bit of work for Trinity College, Cambridge over the last few years, a lot of which I’ve been unable to share so I’m really happy to be able to finally post about this awesome project set up by Trinity alumni George Rosenfeld and Areeg Emarah in 2017.

Really proud of the video above shot by myself and Oliver Sharpe and edited by me.
It’s well worth your time, amazing project and lovely people!

Read more about it over on Trinity’s site

Or visit the MWA site itself www.mayweekalternative.org.uk

Or even joinraise.org to see where else the project has spread to

Big thanks to George, Areeg & Fiona who were super fun to work with and everyone else involved :)

Trinity College Cambridge – COVID-19 Guidance Films

Trinity College Cambridge - Life at Trinity 2020 COVID-19 Films

During September 2020 I shot a series of films Directed by the multi-talented and all-round lovely man Oliver Sharpe from Triple Element Films for Trinity College Cambridge outlining their COVID-19 guidance.

You can see all the films and read through the detailed advice over on Trinity’s website – HERE

Shooting in 2020 has proved more challenging than usual, what with constant wiping down of equipment, social distancing and strict mask use, but despite the COVID-19 measures we had put in place for the filming it was a lot of fun and a real pleasure to meet the students and staff who feature in the films.

I think moving forward shooting will be an interesting, if odd experience for a while.

Not, I repeat not shooting here again today :)

We were asked not to post on social media about the filming until the films were released, so I er….didn’t :)
It was hard not to because the architecture of Hogwarts Trinity College is pretty impressive!
