Can’t believe it was 2 years ago this month when we were graced with the presence of Mr Arnaud De Grave in our little village, Tokyo.
A bad ass French mo-f%$&a , a great photographer, founding member of B.O.P., skateboard geek, intellectual collosus, handsome bastard and just generally a damn fine human being.
So “hern42” this post is a quiet little tribute to you from an Englishman who wishes you would come back and see us again sometime.
Oh and “putain ta race” ;-)
A special bonus edition of ‘from the archives pictures’, this time from two years ago, September 2007.
I’m increasingly interested in the progression of my own work (those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it) and the subconcious threads that run through a persons work, only noticable upon reflection some time later.
It is also a good excuse to publish some pictures that would otherwise not see the light of day.
That’s quite a paint job on that scooter!
