If music be the food of love, play on

I spend a really frightening amount of time in front of a computer screen.

My life is mediated through an LCD display and a mouse click.

Consequently I listen to A LOT of music and I’m unapologetic about my tastes.
This is quite a departure from my attitude in my younger years when i was somewhat of a ‘cool fascist’, that’s what working as a recording studio engineer does to a person.

Now thankfully I listen to music and do just that , LISTEN, not something I was capable of for many years.

Recently I have been listening to a lot of streaming music on sites like thesixtyone.com and my new discovery is mixtape.me which allows me to make mixes of songs and share them with people (inflict them on people??)

So without further ado here is a mix I made just to put on my blog, as I mentioned I am unapologetic about my tastes and I’m sure many people will find this way too populist, but hey, you don’t have to listen ;-)

But why not give it a try, you may just like it.
